Managing activities of surplus materials directly from the generation site

We manage a multitude of processes, from production: evacuation, sorting, close-packing, baling, on-site processing, logistics.

Surplus materials management, right from the production process

In industries where production varies from month to month, waste can be unpredictable.

That’s why we offer our customers flexible support.

We not only manage the usual waste streams, but also those resulting from the production process (from packaging waste, injection machines, to finished product components, etc.) and help to improve them.

Our process

We help you organize the entire flow of waste generated, through the various resources and solutions we have at our disposal.

Surplus materials management: How does it work?

We make sure that there is the traceability necessary to meet the individual targets, but also that a flow of collection, sorting, packaging has been created from the generation location. In this way we manage to save significant costs with specific operations.

Once the waste has been collected and/or separated into containers or pre-containers, it is pre-processed or packaged directly at your location. Each waste is weighed, and as needed, processed on site or transported for recycling, treatment or neutralization.

For high value waste (copper, aluminium, etc.) or waste components and parts we have a special collection regime, with monitored safety areas for temporary storage.

Why us?

In the almost 30 years since we have been on the market, we have understood that the most important thing is to understand in depth what the needs and challenges of our customers are. Thus, we managed to support them on the road to sustainable performance.

Key questions

The first and most important step is the free and no-obligation internal audit to determine the current path of the waste stream as well as the main points of action. The next step is to allocate the necessary resources, directly to the place of waste generation, to determine the appropriate way of re-valorizing it and optimize transport and handling costs.
Our solutions are developed to adapt to the specific requirements of your company. The management of surplus materials includes a range of activities from evacuation, sorting, compaction, baling, on-site processing and logistics services. Thus, we will be able to identify the best route for the waste that the factory produces and the right solutions to turn it into opportunities.
At Eltex, we aim for every activity to lead us closer to a circular economy. To do this, we make sure we turn your waste into resources and help you optimize production costs, all while helping you meet your sustainability goals.
